I bought this "Fixer Upper" with the intent to make it my nicest rental.   The house needs Electrical, plumbing and new surfaces.  The County doesn't have any real information on the house.   I Think the house will have around 1100 sq ft of living space (that's a rough guess and not a measurement)  I assume it was built around 1960, based on the fixtures.  The roof is good, it is great location and that prefect project to make some money now that it is warmed up.   You won't find many houses in this shape for this price.   Call Cris to see it today!
